Introduction

L'Huîtrier is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its website. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Data Collected

We may collect the following information when you use our contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message and reservation request

Use of Data

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your information requests
• Process your reservations
• Contact you regarding your request

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Recipient: Prospect Hub

Requests sent through our reservation form are transmitted to Prospect Hub, the software we use to receive and manage reservations, published by SEO INTERNET (66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France). Prospect Hub acts on our behalf as a data processor: it stores this data, notifies us of each new request and filters out automated submissions (anti-bot protection based on your IP address and technical browsing signals). It uses this data only for this service and does not sell it.

Prospect Hub is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Some data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Data Retention

Your personal data is kept for a maximum period of 3 years from your last interaction with our establishment. Beyond this period, they are deleted from our systems.

Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and access this data
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
• Right to object: object to the processing of your data
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format

To exercise these rights, contact us by email at: contact@huitrier.fr

Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. Our site uses the HTTPS protocol to secure data exchanges.
